Through studying the contents in the assessment of the implementation of the 13th Party Congress Resolution and the country's foundation after 40 years of renovation as well as daily following the changes and development of the country on the mass media, I completely agree with and highly appreciate the contents expressed in the draft, because the document has placed people at the center of development, ensuring social security for the people.

I think that the Draft Document submitted to the 14th Party Congress clearly demonstrates the spirit of innovation, not only paying attention to economic growth rate, but also valuing the quality of life and happiness of the people.

As a Party cell secretary and village chief, in recent years, I have seen the lives of rural people across the country in general, and Hai Phong in particular, change dramatically, and the appearance of the countryside is increasingly improving. The State's policies are more practical for the people, such as health insurance, tuition support, and care for the poor and the elderly. In particular, the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses demonstrates profound humanity in the effort to care for people's lives.

Humanitarian, synchronous, and inclusive policies have contributed to strengthening people's trust and arousing the strength of national solidarity.

However, in Dai Ha village (former Ha Ky commune), now Nguyen Giap commune, many traffic routes and basic cultural institutions are degraded. Therefore, people also hope that the State will pay attention and have a priority policy to repair and build village cultural houses and sports grounds to serve community activities, while supporting poor households, policy families, and people with especially difficult circumstances to improve their lives.
