At about 6:35 a.m. on November 7, at the foot of Ho Dong bridge, on the An Duong - An Phong inter-ward road, in An Phong ward, a serious traffic accident occurred between a 3.5-ton truck and a SH motorbike carrying 3 young men.

According to witnesses, the truck was traveling from Highway 5 to Highway 17B, the motorbike was traveling in the opposite direction. When reaching the foot of the slope, a curved curve and out of sight, the two vehicles collided head-on with great force. The crash caused all three young men on the motorbike to fall onto the road, one of whom was seriously injured and unconscious on the spot, the other two were less seriously injured. People nearby quickly came to the aid and took the victims to the emergency room.

Notably, a clip extracted from a security camera of a resident's house near the scene shows that the three young men riding the SH were not wearing helmets when the collision occurred, which made the consequences even more serious.
