By the morning of November 7, the company had restored power to 1,740 customers (equivalent to 0.18% of the total number of customers without power), of which the headquarters of the Forward Command Center responding to Storm No. 13 of Dak Lak province and the Command Center for Natural Disaster Prevention and Search and Rescue in Dak Lak province of Military Region 5 had restored power at 11:40 p.m. on November 6).

The whole province currently has 8/44 110kV lines having problems; 4/25 110kV transformer stations are having power outages, 3,835 distribution transformer stations (accounting for 36.22%) are having power outages and 324,928 customers are having power outages (accounting for 34.3% of customers).
In the province, 39/102 communes and wards have partial power outages, of which 32 communes are in the East; 7 communes in the West are having power outages: Krong Nang, Tam Giang, M'Drak, Ea Rieng, Krong A, Cu Prao and Ea Trang.

Regarding property damage in the electricity sector, there were 117 broken medium-voltage poles, 543 damaged beams, 120 incidents of broken or fallen wires, and 13 broken low-voltage poles.
The affiliated units are continuing to determine the cause, calculate the damage and fix the problem as soon as possible, depending on safety conditions.
