The mock trial revolved around the crime of "Disturbing public order", with the defendants being students and minors (from 16 to under 18 years old), in Da Nang .
The case involved 5 defendants (aged 16 to under 19), carrying weapons, driving motorbikes in a zigzag pattern, honking loudly, driving at high speed, and chasing each other on the road. These acts caused chaos in the residential area, creating panic and indignation among people participating in traffic.

The trial fully reproduced the sequence of a first-instance trial of the criminal case of "Disturbing public order" under Article 318 of the 2015 Penal Code, with the participation of the main roles: Judge, People's Jurors, representative of the Procuracy, Court Secretary, Defense Lawyer, Judicial Support Police, defendant, legal representative, person with related rights and obligations and a number of other public roles.

The mock trial provides a vivid, intuitive experience, while also creating opportunities for union members and students to answer questions about the trial content and Vietnamese legal knowledge.
This is a practical activity, aiming to celebrate the 79th anniversary of Vietnam Law Day (November 9, 1946 - November 9, 2025). It aims to strengthen the propaganda and dissemination of the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws (especially criminal law), contributing to raising legal awareness, forming civilized standards of behavior, and law compliance among a large number of union members, youth, students.
