On the morning of November 7, after storm No. 13, Hoang Sa Street (from the opposite section of Le Duc Tho Street to Vuong Thua Vu Street, Son Tra Ward, Da Nang City) was flooded with garbage swept away by waves and rainwater, piling up on the road surface. Many tree branches were broken and leaves were scattered, obstructing traffic.
At about 7:00 a.m. the same day, Son Tra ward authorities coordinated with the Cam Le Area 1 Defense Command, Son Tra Border Guard Station, Artillery Platoon and other forces to mobilize human resources and vehicles to collect garbage, clear the area, and create conditions for vehicles to safely circulate on the coastal route.
