The program is coordinated between: Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Delegation and Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Delegation, Saigon Water Corporation - LLC, Saigon Tourism Corporation - LLC, Saigon Trading Corporation - LLC, Ho Chi Minh City Electricity Corporation Delegation, Ho Chi Minh City Union of Trade Cooperatives Delegation, Ho Chi Minh City Export Processing and Industrial Zones Management Board Delegation, Ho Chi Minh City Youth Volunteer Force Delegation, Saigon Transport Mechanical Corporation - LLC.
The program was held at the main bridge point, Conference Center 272 (Xuan Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City) and 25 online bridges with the participation of more than 5,000 youth union members. This is one of 6 bridges hosting activities in response to the Law Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, deployed by the Standing Committee of the City Youth Union.
At the program, the youth union members were given a topic by Master Ngo Gia Hoang, Lecturer of the Faculty of Commercial Law, Ho Chi Minh City University of Law: Outstanding new points of the 2024 Land Law, focusing on regulations related to the rights and obligations of land users, cases of land recovery, compensation, support and resettlement policies.
Dr. Dinh Thi Chien, Head of the Center for Legal Advice and Community Service, Lecturer of the Department of Labor Law, Ho Chi Minh City University of Law, presented the topic: Law on Social Insurance (amended) and its direct impacts on young workers, updated new regulations on contribution levels, benefits, maternity and retirement regimes, issues related to social insurance.
