Continue to stop running some train pairs on November 8-9

Train SE3 departs from Hanoi on November 7 and arrives at Da Nang station as the final station, temporarily stopping the Da Nang - Saigon section. At the same time, train SE4 on November 7 will cancel the Saigon - Da Nang section, only running the Da Nang - Hanoi section on November 8.

In addition, trains SE1/2 and SE5/6 departing from Hanoi and Saigon on November 8-9 will run normally.

The railway industry has sent notifications to passengers via SMS and Zalo system to update information. The new train schedule will continue to be updated according to the progress of storm and flood recovery and weather developments in the localities.

Passengers with tickets for the above-mentioned trains can return their tickets free of charge at the railway station, within 30 days from the date of departure stated on the ticket.

Today, November 7, the railway industry plans to transport 1,500 passengers on trains passing through the area, from Tuy Hoa station ( Dak Lak ) to Dieu Tri station (Gia Lai). While waiting for the transfer, the railway industry will serve free snacks and drinks to passengers.

Passengers in the areas affected by storm No. 13 can return their tickets free of charge from November 7 to 10. Specifically, for passengers with tickets for even-numbered trains passing through Tuy Hoa station; passengers with tickets for odd-numbered trains passing through Dieu Tri station.

To ensure the rights of passengers, the railway industry also notes that the time to return tickets free of charge at the station is no more than 30 days, calculated from the date of departure stated on the ticket and before the train departure time stated on the ticket.
