Department of Finance deploys and trains on public investment

On November 7, the Department of Finance coordinated with the Department of Agriculture and Environment, and the State Treasury of Region XIX to organize a conference to deploy and train on public investment (PIP), repair, renovation, upgrading, expansion, and new construction of works using regular expenditure capital, final settlement of completed projects, and site clearance work.

Deputy Director of the Department of Finance - Hong Ngoc Hung, said that the 2-level local government apparatus has been operating smoothly and continuously. However, there are still some difficulties and problems due to changes in some job positions of cadres, civil servants and public employees, and confusion when approaching new jobs; some legal regulations have been changed to suit the 2-level government...

Therefore, the organization of the conference on implementation and training aims to remove difficulties and obstacles; continue to equip knowledge, improve professional skills for individuals participating in work related to the field of investment, repair, renovation, upgrading, expansion, new construction of works using regular expenditure capital, final settlement of completed projects and site clearance work in the province in the coming time.

The training course has 5 topics, including: Deploying regulations related to the Law on Public Investment No. 58/2024/QH15, the Law on Amendments and Supplements No. 90/2025/QH15 and related guiding documents; Deploying regulations related to Decree No. 254/2025/ND-CP dated September 26, 2025 of the Government regulating the management, payment and settlement of projects using public investment capital and Circular No. 91/2025/TT-BTC dated September 26, 2025 of the Ministry of Finance regulating the system of forms used in the settlement of public investment capital; Deploying regulations related to repair, renovation, upgrading, expansion and new construction of construction items using regular expenditure capital; Deploying and updating regulations on specific land valuation; Deploy and update professional regulations: Develop compensation and resettlement support plans.
