Acceptance of 2 projects to support the application of advanced machinery and equipment

On November 6, the Center for Industrial Promotion and Trade Promotion (Department of Industry and Trade) coordinated with the People's Committee of Nguyet Hoa Ward to organize the acceptance of 2 Projects to support brand building and development in Vinh Long province in 2025 at the business household Nha Farm - Tra Vinh Green Coconut Farm and Phan Quang Dang business household.

The delegation surveyed and accepted the project at Phan Quang Dang business household.

Accordingly, the business household Nha Farm - Tra Vinh Green Coconut Farm with the project "Supporting the application of advanced machinery and equipment in the production of coconut fiber and coconut peat". The household has invested in 1 coconut shell stripping machine and 5 supporting equipment with a total cost of 625 million VND, of which the project support cost is 300 million VND.

Phan Quang Dang Business Household implemented the project “Supporting the application of advanced machinery and equipment in automatic rice paper production”. The household invested in a rice paper dryer, rice washing machine, and flour pressing machine with a total cost of 644 million VND, of which the project provided 300 million VND in capital support.

Mr. Huynh Ngoc Xuan - Deputy Director of the Center for Industrial Promotion and Trade Promotion said: These are 2 projects accepted out of a total of 32 projects to support local industrial promotion to be implemented in 2025 after the merger of Vinh Long province.

The projects aim to help businesses increase productivity, improve product quality and reduce environmental pollution, towards green and sustainable production. In the coming time, the Center for Industrial Promotion and Trade Promotion will continue to promote and support businesses to invest in advanced equipment, aiming to develop typical product brands of Vinh Long province.
