More than 2.5 million comments were made on draft documents submitted to the 14th National Party Congress.

From October 15 to November 6, localities and units across the country seriously organized the collection of opinions from cadres, party members and people on draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress, reaching a total of 2,501,265 opinions, demonstrating high unity, deep trust in the Party's leadership, and many in-depth and practical contributions.

Nhan Dan Newspaper organized a gathering of scientists' opinions to contribute to the draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress.

According to the report from the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, implementing the Central's directive documents on organizing the collection of opinions and synthesizing comments from cadres, party members and people on the draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress, localities, agencies and units have closely followed the Central's directives, deployed rich and flexible forms of propaganda, suitable to actual conditions, ensuring that all classes of people (at home and abroad) have the opportunity to access and participate in contributing opinions to the draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress.

During the period from October 15, 2025 to November 6, 2025 , the organization of collecting opinions from cadres, party members and people on draft documents submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party was seriously, urgently and synchronously implemented by provincial, municipal and central party committees and achieved positive results:

- Total number of conferences, seminars, and discussions to collect opinions from cadres, party members, and people: 3,908 ; number of comments: 127,584 .

- Number of comments through VneID application: 2,131,376 comments

- Number of written comments through the letter and newspaper system: 1,722 comments.

- Number of comments through the online feedback system of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission: 240,583 comments.

The total number of comments from cadres, party members and people on the draft documents submitted to the 14th National Party Congress is: 2,501,265 comments, of which:

+ Draft Political Report of the 13th Party Central Committee at the 14th National Congress of the Party : 1,169,638 comments

+ Draft Report summarizing a number of theoretical and practical issues on the socialist-oriented renovation process over the past 40 years in Vietnam: 792,533 comments.

+ Draft Report summarizing 15 years of implementing the Party Charter (2011 - 2025) and proposals and directions for supplementing and amending the Party Charter : 538,572 comments.

+ Other comments (about layout, form...) : 522 comments.

Officials, party members and the people all highly agreed with the draft documents submitted to the 14th National Party Congress, assessing that the draft was carefully and comprehensively prepared, accurately reflecting reality, with a high vision and generality. Public opinion highly appreciated the spirit of innovation in integrating three important documents into a political report, demonstrating innovative, scientific and practical thinking; helping officials, party members and the people easily grasp the overall situation of the country, the results of the Party's leadership and direction in the past term. At the same time, it created favorable conditions for discussion, contribution of opinions, and improvement of the quality of documents submitted to the Congress.

There are many opinions focusing on large, in-depth and highly practical content groups.

Through comments on the draft documents, the trust and expectations of cadres, party members and people for the Party's leadership, the spirit of innovation, science and openness in the process of preparing documents to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress have been shown.

In the coming time, relevant agencies will continue to promote the dissemination and popularization of the contents of the draft documents of the 14th National Party Congress, ensuring that the people have full access and have a basis to participate in giving comments. Expand and diversify the forms of collecting opinions, creating favorable conditions for cadres, party members, and people at home and abroad, especially in remote areas, remote areas, and ethnic minority areas.

At the same time, focus on objectively and comprehensively synthesizing comments, focusing on proposals with theoretical, practical and creative values, contributing to perfecting the vision and orientation of national development. Strengthen inspection, supervision and urging of implementation; at the same time, promote propaganda, orient public opinion, fight against wrong views, and spread typical comments.

For localities affected by natural disasters, it is necessary to flexibly adjust plans, combine direct and online forms, ensure safety, democracy, and promote the people's intelligence and enthusiasm in contributing ideas to build the 14th Congress documents.
