They are "good at public affairs" and "good at household affairs," demonstrating their abilities and capabilities in many fields, especially in business.

From entrepreneurial aspirations to the role of Chairman of the Board

Open, sincere, and full of enthusiasm – that's our impression when we met Ms. Nguyen Thi Chung Tinh, Chairwoman and CEO of Hoang Phan Trading Joint Stock Company. A dynamic woman, she has steered the business through challenges, gradually establishing its position in the market.

In 2006, after graduating from the National Economics University, instead of returning to her hometown to find a stable job, Ms. Tinh stayed in Hanoi, accumulating experience and participating in several projects, nurturing her long-held entrepreneurial aspirations.

After many years in the stationery business, in 2012, she decided to return to her hometown and establish Hoang Phan Trading Joint Stock Company in Vinh Yen ward. At that time, Ms. Tinh was not yet 30 years old but already held the important position of Chairwoman of the Board of Directors and General Director of the company.

On her entrepreneurial journey, she faced countless difficulties and challenges: lack of capital, lack of experience, and the pressure of juggling multiple roles simultaneously – being both a director, a wife, and a mother. However, her perseverance and determination helped her overcome all obstacles to build a thriving business.

In the face of increasingly fierce competition, Ms. Nguyen Thi Chung Tinh chose a sustainable development path, prioritizing product quality, maintaining customer trust, and building a strong corporate culture to create a solid foundation for growth. Thanks to this appropriate business strategy, Hoang Phan Trading Joint Stock Company has expanded to four branches, providing stationery products and services to approximately 500 regular customers.

From just 4 employees at its inception, the company has now grown to a team of 50 staff members, with an average income of 8-10 million VND per person per month. While revenue in its first year was only 914 million VND, in recent years it has consistently averaged 35 billion VND or more. With determination and flexible management, Ms. Tinh has built a united and cohesive team, working together to drive the business to greater success.

Tình's story is a vivid testament to the fact that, given the opportunity, women can absolutely achieve success – not only through resilience, but also through their ability to create value and make a difference.

More than 10 years ago, when the concept of "women as business executives" was still uncommon, Ms. Tinh overcame countless challenges to build a reputable brand. Each achievement of the business is the result of a persistent journey, requiring far more effort than men. But that did not deter women like Ms. Tinh; instead, it fueled their determination and aspiration to succeed.

Transforming livestock waste into organic fertilizer.

From the idea of ​​reusing livestock and agricultural waste to produce organic fertilizer, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Huong in Hoi Thinh commune has brought her startup project to success. The story of the woman who "turned organic waste into black gold" has become a reality as Ms. Huong built and developed the Thanh Van Organic Agriculture Cooperative, bringing sustainable economic value to the community.

Despite initial difficulties in marketing, Ms. Huong's "Transforming Livestock Waste into Organic Fertilizer" model has proven to be an effective solution, contributing to the resolution of environmental pollution issues. The products of Thanh Van Organic Agricultural Cooperative, especially the Bamboo Organic fertilizer line, can replace chemical fertilizers. With high nutrient content, safety for plants, and environmental friendliness, these products are increasingly being positively received by farmers.

Ms. Huong shared: “As an environmental engineer, I always strive to be steadfast in the face of difficulties and challenges, unwavering in my passion and mission to build sustainable agriculture from waste recycling. At the same time, I cultivate a spirit of lifelong learning, honing my practical knowledge, and inheriting scientific and technological achievements. This is the shortest path to self-improvement and contributing to the growth of the cooperative.”

Supporting women in the digital age

Behind the success of each woman in business lies not only personal effort but also support from organizations and associations. Over the years, the Provincial Women's Union has implemented many practical programs to support women in starting businesses and developing their economy. Currently, the Union at all levels manages 5,600 billion VND in loans for over 113,000 members to develop their businesses, directs the establishment of 49 cooperatives and 123 cooperative groups, and supports over 4,800 women in starting their own businesses.

The Provincial Women's Union always supports the entrepreneurship and economic development programs of its members.

The annual "Women Entrepreneurs" competition has yielded significant results: 120 projects won provincial-level awards, and 46 projects won national-level awards. Many successful women-led economic models have been disseminated through these activities, helping women become more confident and proactive, and gradually assert their position in society.

Comrade Nguyen Hong Nhung - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee and President of the Provincial Women's Union - stated: With the spirit of "Wherever there are women, there is support," the Women's Union continuously innovates its content and methods of operation, promptly accompanying women in the digital age. The goal is to enhance the effectiveness of policies supporting women's entrepreneurship, especially in the context of the Vietnam Women's Union having just submitted to the Prime Minister for approval Project 939 "Supporting Women's Entrepreneurship in the period 2026-2030," creating a foundation for the continued implementation of meaningful programs in the coming period.

Thanks to the support and encouragement of organizations and associations, and by harnessing their own inner strength, many women have risen to become directors and founders of businesses. Above all, however, they still uphold valuable traditional qualities: resilience, thoughtfulness, responsibility, and dedication to the community. They deserve to be honored and continue to be a source of inspiration for the younger generation of women, enabling them to take control of their lives and conquer their dreams.
