Up to now, cases of land and environmental violations in An Thanh commune (Hai Phong) have basically voluntarily dismantled or committed to dismantle illegal constructions.

According to the People's Committee of An Thanh commune ( Hai Phong ), before July 1, 2025 (the time of reorganizing the 2-level local government apparatus), there were 2 land-violating constructions in the commune.

Specifically, in the project in Phu Tai 2 village, the householder built a shed and warehouse to look after trees and store construction materials on part of the area of ​​3 other families and part of the ditch area managed by the Commune People's Committee, with a total construction area of ​​96 ^m2 .

The second project in Phu Tai 1 village, the owner arbitrarily built a corrugated iron roof and poured a concrete foundation on the converted land area of ​​03 of the family. The total area of ​​violation is 60 ^m2 .

After the two-level local government came into operation, An Thanh commune actively promoted and mobilized families to voluntarily dismantle illegal constructions. On November 6, Mr. Nguyen Duc Thuc's family in Phu Tai 1 village voluntarily dismantled the illegal constructions. Mr. Nhu Trong Anh's family in Phu Tai 2 village signed a commitment to dismantle the constructions before November 13, 2025.

Currently, An Thanh is one of the localities in the city that has not had any new violations of land and environment after the organizational restructuring. Previous violations have been handled.
