Recorded on Nguyen Cong Tru, Le Thi Hong Gam, Calmette, Yersin, Nguyen Thai Hoc, Phan Van Truong streets... rainwater combined with tides caused the water level to rise, in some places the water level was up to half the wheel of the car, people had to walk or ask for help to push their cars through the flooded sections.

Flooding not only makes it difficult to travel but also directly affects businesses. Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Trang, an employee at a restaurant on Calmette Street, said: “The deep floodwaters prevent customers from coming in, and business is stagnant.”
