Nguyen Thien Van, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and Head of the Steering Committee for the Review of Poor and Near-Poor Households in Dak Lak Province for the period 2022-2025, has just signed a document requesting the urgent implementation of the review of poor and near-poor households in 2025.

Accordingly, the Head of the Committee requested the People's Committees of communes and wards to urgently complete the training for the Steering Committee for reviewing poor and near-poor households, villages, hamlets, and residential areas, and to conduct the review immediately; the review of poor and near-poor households must be based on the actual situation of the locality, follow the prescribed procedures, and be open and transparent.

Absolutely no recognition will be given to households that do not meet the criteria for poor or near-poor households. Adhere closely to the province's target for reducing the poverty rate by 2025 (reaching ≥3%) to determine the appropriate local poverty reduction target; the poverty reduction target must be specific, achievable, and realistic; avoid vague and unsubstantiated poverty reduction targets.
