After more than 40 days of urgent and responsible work, the 10th Session of the 15th National Assembly officially concluded on December 11, 2025, at the National Assembly building in Hanoi. A large number of voters and people in Tuyen Quang province closely followed the proceedings, expressing their confidence that this was a historic session, not only bringing about groundbreaking legislative results but also affirming a strong spirit of institutional reform, a spirit of "accompanying the people," and opening up a new vision for national development.

Opening up a vision for the next term.

The 10th session, which opened on the morning of October 20, 2025, was the final session of the 15th National Assembly's term and held a particularly important pivotal role. With a massive workload, the National Assembly considered and decided on 66 items and groups of items, including 49 draft laws, 4 resolutions related to legislative work, and 13 groups of items concerning socio -economic issues, the state budget, oversight, and other important matters.

Speaking at the session, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man affirmed that the 15th National Assembly had successfully completed 9 extraordinary sessions and 9 regular sessions. The 10th session will continue to be a historic and successful session, with close coordination and concerted efforts between the National Assembly and the Government, creating a solid foundation for the next stage of development.

Attending the session, the Tuyen Quang Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies clearly felt this special atmosphere. The session took place in the context of the country entering a new stage of development, with the reorganization of administrative units, the streamlining of the apparatus, and the simultaneous implementation of a series of important Central Committee resolutions such as Resolutions 57, 59, 66, 68, 71, and 72.

According to the delegates, the focus of the session is not only on reviewing socio-economic reports, the budget, oversight, and lawmaking, but also on providing an opportunity for the National Assembly to deeply discuss fundamental issues of sustainable development such as culture, human resources, education, health, social security, the environment, and innovation. In particular, the consideration and decision-making regarding personnel matters within the National Assembly's authority at this session is a very important issue, demonstrating the National Assembly's high political responsibility to the Party, the State, and the people.

Trust in groundbreaking policies.

In Tuyen Quang, a large number of voters and citizens followed the session live through mass media. In light of the significant changes in mechanisms, policies, and the overall development of the country, the people expressed strong trust and support for the leadership of the Party and State, and the decisions of the National Assembly. Voters expect these decisions to be implemented soon, creating positive changes for their homeland and the country in the new era.

Mr. Nguyen Trac Long, Chairman of the Son Duong Business Association, expressed his deep confidence in the National Assembly's policies, especially in building a transparent, open, and low-cost business environment. He expects that thoroughly addressing institutional "bottlenecks" will transform into resources, creating a competitive advantage and giving businesses in Tuyen Quang and across the country opportunities to develop and contribute to overall growth.

Voters in Binh Ca commune expressed their trust in and support for the decisions of the National Assembly.

Closely following the legislative content, Ms. Tran Thi Ha Thuong, a teacher at Hoa An Primary School in Hoa An commune, commented: The amended Education Law is a breakthrough, creating a sustainable policy framework. A key highlight is the provision for a unified national set of textbooks, which helps save resources, prevent waste, and stabilize teaching and learning activities. The law also adds new mechanisms for science, technology, innovation, expands training in specialized fields, and simplifies administrative procedures, creating a strong impetus for national education.

In the healthcare sector, many voters were particularly pleased when the National Assembly passed two important draft laws: the Population Law and the Disease Prevention Law. Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha, from Trung Mon 9 residential group, Minh Xuan ward, shared: "The regulations are highly humane and directly impact people's lives, such as: women are entitled to 7 months of maternity leave when giving birth to their second child; priority is given to purchasing social housing; and especially, people are covered by the Health Insurance Fund for regular health check-ups and free screenings according to the schedule and the fund's financial capacity. These are practical policies aimed at improving the quality of the population and public health."

Comrade Nguyen Xuan Trieu, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Council of Thang Mo commune, shared: "The greatest legacy of the 15th National Assembly term is the spirit of institutional reform and accompanying the people. He believes that the highest measure of future development is positive change in people's lives: faster, fairer, and more transparent public services; happier people; and a stronger voice for the people."

The 10th session of the 15th National Assembly concluded with historic decisions, further affirming its role as the highest state power organ, reflecting the will and aspirations of the people, and simultaneously creating a solid legal framework, providing strong impetus for the country to enter a new stage of development, prosperity, and sustainability.
