On land, strong northeast winds will be at level 3-4, and coastal areas at level 4-5.
From November 25, the North will be cold all day and night, especially in the highlands. The lowest temperature during this cold spell in the North and North Central regions will be from 12-15 degrees Celsius, in the highlands, some places will be below 10 degrees Celsius.

Due to the influence of the cold air strengthening combined with disturbances in the upper easterly wind zone, from the evening of November 23 to the morning of November 25, Hue, Da Nang and the east of Quang Ngai province will have moderate to heavy rain with common rainfall from 50 - 100mm, in some places very heavy rain over 200mm. From the afternoon and night of November 25, heavy rain in the Central region will tend to decrease.
The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting said that in the coming time, cold air will increase in frequency and intensity. Strong cold air waves will not only cause cold in the North and North Central regions but also pose a risk of causing heavy rain in the Central provinces.
