Brigade 162, Naval Region 4 accompanies people in flood-affected areas

On November 23, the Women's Union and the Youth Union of Brigade 162 - Naval Region 4 coordinated with the local government of Dien Dien commune to promptly support the people of village 4, Dien Dien commune - an area heavily affected by the historic flood.

Currently, officers and soldiers of the brigade are working with forces throughout Naval Region 4 to help people reopen roads, collect garbage, support the rebuilding of damaged houses and clean up schools to prepare for students to return to school.
