The Muong Thanh Tourism Painting Contest is an annual activity organized by Muong Thanh Group, aiming to create a useful art playground for children and spread love for the homeland through painting.
Closing the emotional fourth season, the painting contest "Travel with Muong Thanh - Vietnam in my eyes" not only found outstanding faces, but also marked a journey to spread and honor artistic values and affirm the mission of Muong Thanh Group in the journey to preserve and honor Vietnamese cultural values.
From its first steps in the hotel industry, Muong Thanh Group has become the leading private hotel group in Indochina. On that journey, Muong Thanh considers culture and art, especially children's art, as a connecting bridge, so that the young generation can be creative and nurture love and pride for their homeland and country.
This year, the contest “Travel with Muong Thanh - Vietnam in my eyes” marked a clear step forward in both quality and scale, demonstrated through the outstanding number of entries and the way children increasingly know how to express their emotions and ideas more clearly and subtly.
Thousands of works sent from all over the country have contributed to creating a common emotional picture - where Vietnam appears bright and familiar through curved communal house roofs, vast lotus fields, Sa Pa terraced fields in the morning mist, or the sunny city of Da Nang by the blue sea.
Each work is not only a childhood drawing, but also a story, a pure perspective of the country; expressing the love for the homeland, pride and aspiration of the young generation of Vietnam.
Sharing her feelings after winning the highest prize, Nguyen Ha Vy, the Champion with the work “Vinh quy bai to” said that the contest gave her the opportunity to express her passion for painting and convey her love for her homeland through each stroke. The moment she stepped onto the stage to receive the First Prize was a memorable memory, becoming the motivation for her to continue pursuing art in the future.
From the perspective of the “judges”, the judges shared that they were both moved and proud to witness another season of competition come to a successful end. After four seasons, the competition has maintained its appeal and is increasingly spreading widely, becoming a meaningful playground for the young generation who love painting.
The jury highly appreciated the efforts of Muong Thanh Group in continuously maintaining and developing a humanitarian activity, encouraging creativity, and sowing love for the homeland in the souls of children across the country.
A parent whose child participated in many previous seasons shared: “I truly appreciate what Muong Thanh Group has been doing for children. Not only is it a large enterprise in the hotel industry, Muong Thanh also devotes a lot of effort to cultural and educational activities, creating opportunities for children to be creative and express their love for their homeland.
This year, I was impressed with the works that won the Championship such as "Vinh quy bai to" by Nguyen Ha Vy, "Vietnam in my eyes - Journey of love and pride" by Nguyen Ngoc Linh, or "Happy Vietnamese childhood with traditional folk games" by Nguyen Minh Khang. Each painting brings a very unique emotion, some make the viewer feel peaceful, some evoke pride, some remind me of my own childhood".
Speaking at the ceremony, a representative of Muong Thanh Group affirmed the group's dedication and responsibility in nurturing love for the homeland through each competition season: "We hope that the competition will become an annual activity, a traditional event of the Group. In the future, Muong Thanh hopes to expand its scale, gathering more contestants not only domestically, but also internationally, to honor and promote the image of Vietnam."
The success of the fourth season lies not only in the award-winning works, but also in the meaningful journey that the contest brings - where children are free to be creative, families are more connected and the image of Vietnam is told through the colors of childhood.
Closing the season, the bright smiles and eager eyes of the young artists are proof of the journey that Muong Thanh Group has been preserving: developing not only through business success, but also through love of culture, art and responsibility to nurture future generations.
