It is forecasted that in the afternoon and night of November 24, cold air will affect the Northeast and North Central regions, then affect the Northwest and North Central regions. Strong Northeast wind level 3-4, coastal areas strong level 4-5.
The hydrometeorological agency said that from November 25, the weather in the North and North Central regions will be cold, with some places in the high mountainous areas of the North experiencing severe cold.
The lowest temperature in this cold air mass in the Northern and North Central regions is commonly 12-15 degrees Celsius, in mountainous areas it is below 10 degrees Celsius.

Forecast from the afternoon of November 24, in the Gulf of Tonkin, the Northeast wind will gradually increase to level 6, gusting to level 7-8, rough seas, and waves 2-4m high. In the North East Sea, the Northeast wind will gradually increase to level 7, gusting to level 8-9, rough seas, and waves 4-6m high.
From the evening of November 24, the area from South Quang Tri to Khanh Hoa has had northeast winds gradually increasing to level 6, sometimes level 7, gusting to level 8-9, rough seas, waves 3-5m high.
The hydrometeorological agency said that from this morning to the morning of November 25, Hue, Da Nang and the eastern part of Quang Ngai to Gia Lai provinces will have moderate to heavy rain with common rainfall of 60-110mm, locally over 220mm.
On the day and night of November 23, the eastern part of Dak Lak , Khanh Hoa and the Southern provinces will have scattered showers and thunderstorms with common rainfall of 10-30mm, locally over 60mm.
The Hydrometeorological Agency said that from the afternoon and night of November 25, heavy rain in the Central region will tend to decrease.
According to the hydrometeorological agency, floods on the Krong Ana River (Dak Lak), Dinh Ninh Hoa River (Khanh Hoa), and Dong Nai River (Dong Nai) are receding; floods on the Kon River (Gia Lai) are fluctuating.
It is forecasted that in the next 24 hours, flood on Krong Ana River will continue to decrease and be below alert level 3.
In the next 24 hours, floods on Dong Nai River and Dinh Ninh Hoa River will continue to decrease and be above alert level 1; floods on Kon River at Thanh Hoa station will fluctuate at alert level 1; floods on Srepok River (Dak Lak) at Ban Don station will fluctuate at a high level above alert level 3.
The hydrometeorological agency said flooding is still occurring in provinces and cities from Dak Lak to Khanh Hoa. There is a risk of flooding in low-lying areas along the Dong Nai River in Dong Nai province.
In addition, there is a risk of flash floods on rivers and streams and landslides on slopes in provinces and cities from Dak Lak to Khanh Hoa and Dong Nai.
