Focus on performing well the inspection and supervision work
A very important task is that local Party committees and inspection committees proactively develop and promptly implement inspection and supervision plans to serve Party congresses at all levels, towards the 1st Gia Lai Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030 and the 14th National Party Congress. Inspect and supervise the leadership, direction, and organization of the implementation of the policy of restructuring the organizational apparatus and implementing decentralization and delegation of power associated with the implementation of the 2-level local government model.
Secretary of the Party Committee of Binh Dinh Ward Dao Xuan Huy said: After the arrangement and streamlining (based on the merger of Binh Dinh Ward and 2 communes of Nhon Khanh and Nhon Phuc, belonging to the old An Nhon Town), the Party Committee of Binh Dinh Ward currently has 49 Party cells and affiliated Party Committees, with 1,660 Party members. In order to prepare well for the 1st Party Congress of the Ward, term 2025 - 2030, the inspection and supervision work is being carried out seriously and effectively. Currently, the Inspection Committee of the Ward Party Committee is conducting an inspection of the qualifications of 200 official delegates attending the 1st Party Congress of the Ward; at the same time, focusing on resolving complaints and denunciations related to cadres and Party members, ensuring the success of the congress.
“The Binh Dinh Ward Party Committee has directed the Ward Party Committee’s Inspection Committee to seriously and effectively carry out inspection and supervision contents to serve the congress according to the Party Charter. At the same time, focus on inspecting party organizations and party members who show signs of violating the Party Charter, democratic centralism regulations or have complaints and denunciations,” said Mr. Huy.
At the Vinh Quang Commune Party Committee, Mr. Bui Duc Thang, Chairman of the Commune Party Committee's Inspection Committee, said: The unit has proactively developed an inspection and supervision plan, focusing on checking the qualifications of delegates attending the Commune Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term.
“The first Vinh Quang Commune Party Congress has 120 official delegates attending, the Inspection Committee is focusing on reviewing and verifying the qualifications of the delegates. We are highly focused on doing this work well before the congress, promptly resolving complaints and denunciations related to the party organization and party members, to ensure the success of the congress,” said Mr. Thang.

The work of inspection and supervision in preparation for the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term plays a very important role and is a very high requirement in the context that the entire political system is actively and drastically implementing the activities of the two-level administrative units to ensure smooth, stable, continuous and effective operations, with the highest goal of best serving the people and businesses.
Standing Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission Le Binh Thanh said: Inspection and supervision work is being seriously, comprehensively and promptly implemented by Party committees and inspection commissions at all levels. The inspection and supervision contents are carried out in accordance with Directive No. 45-CT/TW dated April 12, 2025 on Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party and Regulation No. 296-QD/TW dated May 30, 2025 of the Central Executive Committee on inspection, supervision and discipline work of the Party.
The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission has requested Party committees and inspection commissions at all levels to seriously, promptly and effectively implement the Central and provincial directives on the prevention and combat of corruption, waste and negativity. Implement well the coordination mechanism between the inspection commission and the State's inspection, auditing, investigation, prosecution and trial agencies in the inspection and supervision of the prevention and combat of corruption, waste and negativity.
Right at the working sessions, inspecting the congress preparation work in communes and wards of the province in July 2025, comrade Ho Quoc Dung - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, requested the inspection committees at all levels to step up inspection and supervision work. In particular, closely coordinate in the work of examining personnel participating in the Party Committees and Party Executive Committees of communes and wards; promptly resolve petitions, denunciations, and complaints related to the personnel of Party Congresses at all levels, resolutely not allowing delegates who do not meet the conditions and standards to enter the Party Committees and Executive Committees.
In addition, Provincial Party Secretary Ho Quoc Dung requested Party committees and inspection committees at all levels to proactively coordinate, advise on the development and implementation of inspection and supervision programs and plans of Party committees at all levels during the term and annually; fully exercise responsibilities and authority in the work of preventing and combating corruption, waste and negativity according to Party regulations, contributing to building a clean and strong Party committee.
