The 719 Technical Assurance Center's Youth Union held a discussion to raise awareness of the rule of law.

On November 13, the Youth Union of Technical Assurance Center 719, Naval Region 4 organized a discussion with the theme "Youth pioneers in building awareness of the rule of law". This is an activity in response to Vietnam Law Day 2025.

At the seminar, the opinions discussed and exchanged clarified the meaning of Vietnam Law Day on November 9; the role of the Party Committee and unit commanders in disseminating and educating the law; information and experience sharing on the situation of law enforcement and discipline in the army, the Navy, Region 4 and the unit. Many opinions raised the current situation, causes and lessons learned in improving the work of education and dissemination of the law; thereby orienting the thinking and unifying the actions of cadres, union members and youths in the center. The opinions were closely related to the actual tasks of the unit and the responsibilities and tasks of each cadre, union member and youth assigned; proposing measures to overcome the phenomenon of cadres, union members and youths violating the law, discipline and risks of insecurity in the entire center.

The seminar is an opportunity for each cadre, union member and youth in the center to promote the spirit of responsibility, be proactive in studying and training; resolutely fight against violations of law, discipline and social deviation; make compliance with and respect for the law a regular activity of each cadre, union member and youth in the unit.
