Right near the center of Quy Nhon, Ghenh Rang Tien Sa is a group of rocky mountains winding along the coast. Here is Hoang Hau Beach, also known as Da Trung Beach, famous for its countless unique round smooth stones. Not far away, Bai Xep offers a rustic fishing village space with a crescent-shaped golden sandbank and poetic coconut rows.

Imprints of Champa Culture and the Tay Son Dynasty
Binh Dinh is home to unique Cham architectural heritages. The Twin Towers, located in the heart of Quy Nhon, are one of eight remaining Cham tower clusters in the province. Banh It Tower, shaped like a traditional cake, was once voted into the list of 1,001 architectural works worth visiting in a lifetime. Meanwhile, Duong Long Tower in the old Tay Son district (now Gia Lai province) is the tallest brick Cham tower cluster in Southeast Asia, a testament to a prosperous period.

This land is also the cradle of the Tay Son uprising movement. Quang Trung Museum, built on the old house of the three Tay Son brothers, is a place to preserve many precious artifacts and commemorate the hero Quang Trung. The museum is open daily from 7am - 11:30am and 1:30pm - 5pm.

Back to Nature and Spiritual Place
Not only the sea, Binh Dinh's nature is also diverse with lagoons, lakes and sand dunes. Thi Nai lagoon is the largest saltwater lagoon in the old Binh Dinh province (now Gia Lai province), famous for its mangrove ecosystem and Thi Nai sea-crossing bridge. Phuong Mai sand dunes offer the experience of a miniature desert with long stretches of fine white sand.

If you love green spaces, Ham Ho tourist area and Nui Mot lake are destinations not to be missed. Ham Ho is surrounded by primeval forest, suitable for activities such as trekking and kayaking. Nui Mot lake has a wild, peaceful beauty with a large water surface and Ba Na villages along the lake.

Thien Hung Pagoda impresses with its ancient royal architecture and 12-storey bell tower, while Long Khanh Pagoda, over 300 years old, is an ancient Asian architectural work in the heart of the city.
