Ha Bac Commune Police Help Lost Elderly Man Return Home

Ha Bac Commune Police (Hai Phong) promptly verified and brought a lost elderly person back to his family.

Mr. NVK was found lost and brought to the Dong Vang village cultural house.

At 6:00 p.m. on November 10, 2025, while performing the task of ensuring security and order, the Security and Order Protection Team at Dong Vang village, Ha Bac commune ( Hai Phong ) discovered an elderly man showing signs of fatigue, lost and unable to determine direction.

After approaching and asking questions, the grassroots security team noticed that the man was not clear-headed and could not remember his name or address. Ha Bac commune police took him to Dong Vang village's cultural house to rest and verify the information.

The commune police identified the lost man as NVK (born in 1940, in An Phu commune, Hai Phong city), nearly 20 km from where he got lost. After contacting his family, Ha Bac commune police coordinated with An Phu commune police to bring Mr. NVK home safely.
