Cam Ranh Ward propagates and disseminates the law to more than 200 delegates

Representatives of the Provincial Legal Consulting Center disseminated and popularized a number of legal documents.

At the conference, delegates listened to representatives of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Legal Consulting Center disseminate new points of the Law on Organization of Local Government 2025, which was passed at the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly on June 16, 2025, with basic contents such as: Delimitation of authority, decentralization, delegation of authority between local governments at all levels; tasks and powers of local governments at all levels; model of local government organization, organizational structure and operation of People's Councils and People's Committees at all levels; organization of administrative units, establishment, dissolution, merger, division, adjustment of administrative unit boundaries...

In addition, delegates were also informed of the 2024 Land Law (Law No. 31/2024/QH15), which emphasized a number of new points, such as: Land without land use documents before July 1, 2014 is granted a red book; abolishing the land price framework, determining land prices according to market principles; adding more cases of exemption and reduction of land use fees from August 1, 2024; simplifying conditions for changing the purpose of agricultural land use; diversifying forms of compensation for people whose land is recovered; adding many support packages for people whose land is recovered; increasing the limit for transferring agricultural land... At the same time, disseminating the land recovery regime according to the 2024 Land Law and Decree 88/2024 of the Government; inheritance regime in the 2015 Civil Code.
