According to information from Binh Thanh Commune Police, on November 11, Mr. Phan Minh Hoang (born in 1986, residing in Hamlet 61, Binh Thanh Commune, Tay Ninh Province) suddenly received 137,060,000 VND transferred into his personal account from a person named Nguyen Quoc Huy. Because he did not know him and had no related transactions, Mr. Hoang determined that this was an amount of money transferred by mistake.

Afterwards, Mr. Phan Minh Hoang went to Binh Thanh Commune Police to report the incident to receive instructions on how to handle it in accordance with regulations, avoiding the risk of being involved in fraudulent tricks on the internet.

After verifying and coordinating with the bank, on November 14, Mr. Hoang returned the entire amount to the person who transferred the money by mistake, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Huy (born in 1978), residing in the commune./.
