In the 2022-2025 period, the Youth Union at all levels in the Provincial Border Guard has organized to thoroughly grasp and proactively implement effectively the tasks of the Youth Union and youth movement.

Thereby, promoting the vanguard and creative role of youth in carrying out the political tasks of the unit and the work of building the Youth Union organization, the Youth Union participates in Party building; contributing with officers and soldiers of agencies and units to firmly protect territorial sovereignty and national border security; maintaining political security, social order and safety in the province's sea and island border areas.

Notably, the youth of the units have joined with groups and teams to organize border patrols and border markers, fight against smuggling, trade fraud, illegal immigration, maintain security and order on the border, sea areas, and border gate areas. Participate in helping people develop the economy , eliminate hunger and reduce poverty, deploy many practical and effective models and methods aimed at people in difficult circumstances.

Typical is the model of "Helping a poor household in the border area every week"; doing a good job of propaganda, disseminating legal education , mobilizing people to eliminate bad customs and superstitions; participating in consolidating a solid local political base.

With the slogan of action "Youth of Gia Lai Provincial Border Guard is steadfast, courageous, aspirational, proactive, creative, and confident to step into the new era", in the period of 2025-2030, the youth of the Provincial Border Guard Command will focus on implementing well 3 breakthroughs.

Firstly, to strengthen the training of revolutionary ideals, aspirations for dedication, and raise the sense of responsibility of cadres and youth union members, contributing to building a revolutionary, disciplined, elite, and modern provincial Border Guard. Secondly, to proactively and effectively carry out training, education, combat readiness tasks, build a regular order, raise awareness of law enforcement, discipline, and ensure safety. Thirdly, to promote research, development of science and technology, innovation, and digital transformation.
