The entire province has 135 intergenerational self-help clubs.

The province currently has 135 intergenerational self-help clubs in 72 communes and wards, attracting 6,836 members. Of these, 102 clubs have received income-boosting funds totaling over 6.5 billion VND, averaging more than 48 million VND per club.

The intergenerational self-help club in Khiem village, Bac Quang commune, encourages its members to develop their economy .

Over the past period, these clubs have been effective in caring for and promoting the role of the elderly. Members have access to loans for economic development, regular health check-ups, nutritional and exercise advice, and the opportunity to share experiences in self-care and support each other in life. Many clubs have become a source of spiritual support for the elderly, while also contributing to strengthening the activities of the Association of the Elderly and the new rural development movement at the grassroots level.

According to the Plan for the Implementation of the Project to Expand the Model of Intergenerational Self-Help Clubs by 2035, Tuyen Quang province aims to have 200 clubs by 2030 and 260 clubs by 2035, ensuring that 100% of communes and wards have at least one club operating effectively and sustainably.
