Promoting the role of each socio-political organization, contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress

On the afternoon of November 13, under the chairmanship of comrade Hau A Lenh, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee held a conference to give opinions on the content of the congress of delegates of socio-political organizations for the 2025-2030 term.

At the conference, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee listened to the Provincial Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee briefly report on the content, organization plan and personnel work of the congress of delegates of the province's socio -political organizations including: Veterans Association, Women's Union, Farmers' Association, Provincial Labor Federation and Tuyen Quang Provincial Youth Union. Accordingly, the organizations have completed the preparation work, expected to hold the congress in November and early December 2025.

The report stated that the congress documents were all carefully prepared, ensuring the requirements of structure and content, comprehensively reflecting the results of implementing the previous term's resolution, clearly defining the goals, directions, tasks and solutions for the 2025-2030 term. In particular, the Associations and organizations all identified the common spirit of solidarity, innovation, creativity, promoting the role of political and social organizations in Party and government building, socio-economic development and caring for people's lives.

The Provincial Veterans Association sets the goal of building a strong and comprehensive association, promoting the application of science, technology and digital transformation in association activities. The Provincial Women's Union aims to promote the spirit, intelligence and aspiration to rise up in the new era with the motto "Solidarity - Creativity - Integration - Development", focusing on comprehensive digital transformation in association activities, supporting women to start businesses and preserving traditional cultural values. The Provincial Farmers' Association affirms the role of farmers in agricultural and new rural development, focusing on developing the collective economy and improving digital skills for members. The Provincial Labor Federation promotes the spirit of solidarity, democracy, discipline, innovation, taking union members as the center, promoting digital transformation in union activities, protecting the legitimate rights and interests of workers. Tuyen Quang Provincial Youth Union aims to build a new generation of youth with revolutionary ideals, mettle, aspiration to contribute, pioneers in digital transformation, innovation, contributing to the development of the province.

Discussing at the conference, comrades in the Provincial Party Standing Committee unanimously assessed: Political and social organizations have carefully prepared the content of documents and personnel plans, demonstrating a high sense of responsibility, closely following the direction of the Central Committee and the direction of the Provincial Party Committee. Units continue to complete political reports, congress programs and personnel plans, ensuring inheritance, stability, innovation and development; selecting personnel with capacity, qualities and prestige to meet the requirements of tasks in the new period.

Concluding the conference, Comrade Hau A Lenh, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, praised the high sense of responsibility of the Party Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee in proactively and seriously preparing the contents of the congresses, closely following the evaluation results of the Provincial Party Congress of the previous term. He affirmed that the system of documents of socio-political organizations has been basically completed, ensuring the correct procedures, demonstrating the spirit of inheritance and innovation. The Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee basically agreed with the reports and congress records of socio-political organizations.

Comrade Ha Trung Kien, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, reported on the preparation of the contents of the Congress of socio-political organizations.

The Provincial Party Secretary requested the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations to continue to carefully review the Party's resolutions, especially the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, to supplement and specify tasks and solutions into their organizations' action programs, ensuring close adherence to functions, tasks and suitability with local practical situations.

For organizations that have not completed their grassroots congresses, he requested that they be completed before holding provincial congresses; in special cases, there must be a report and a specific plan to organize the congress on schedule and in accordance with regulations.

Comrade Nguyen Hung Vuong, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission, spoke at the conference.

The Provincial Party Secretary also noted that socio-political organizations should continue to promptly update the instructions of the higher-level vertical sectors to build the program and content of the congresses to ensure compliance with regulations, close to reality, and avoid formality. He emphasized the launching of exciting emulation movements before, during and after the congresses, creating a widespread emulation atmosphere among cadres, members, and union members, with practical content, linked to the political tasks of each organization; at the same time, coordinate with press agencies to promote propaganda about the success of the congresses, creating an atmosphere of excitement and trust among the people.

Regarding the organization, he suggested choosing a suitable and solemn location and time to hold the congress, creating an impression, especially holding it in the old Ha Giang area, to spread the spirit of solidarity, unity and determination of the whole province in the new period.

The comrade requested the Provincial Fatherland Front Party Committee to continue to research and perfect the congress theme, ensuring that the role and mission of each organization are clearly demonstrated, aiming at the common goal of contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress. Regarding the submissions and dossiers of socio-political organizations, he emphasized the need to closely follow the instructions of the Central Committee and the higher-level vertical sectors, ensuring compliance with principles and regulations. After completing all dossiers, socio-political organizations will send reports to the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee for review and comments before officially organizing the congress, ensuring that the congresses take place successfully, practically, safely and effectively, truly becoming a broad political activity, consolidating trust, promoting the strength of great solidarity in the whole province.
