Son Tien village has 249 households, 920 people, 51 hectares of agricultural land, income mainly from concentrating on cultivating 2 rice crops, crops such as potatoes, corn, watermelon. In recent years, people in the village have diversified their occupations from service business, labor export, working in domestic and foreign enterprises.

Villagers are diligent in labor and production, always believe in and comply with the Party's policies and the State's laws; build prosperous and happy families, educate their children to promote the tradition of studying and working to build their homeland and country.

Over the past 5 years, the village has hardened the entire 4 km of village roads and alleys; village roads and alleys are regularly swept, creating a green, clean, and beautiful landscape; mobilizing social resources to build the village's Cultural - Sports Area of 5,800 m2 with full facilities to serve community activities.

100% of households have access to clean and hygienic water; there are no more poor households in the village; the number of well-off and rich households has increased; the average income has reached 65 million VND/person/year. People's cultural and spiritual life is taken care of; the rate of cultural households in 2025 is 98%; the village effectively maintains 6 clubs for health care, folk dance, football, volleyball, and arts.

With the motto "People know, people discuss, people do, people inspect, people benefit", the Front Work Committee effectively implements the role of coordinating and supervising government activities, especially those activities that bring direct benefits to the people.

With the above results and achievements, Son Tien village was recognized by the District People's Committee as a Cultural Residential Area for 5 consecutive years (2019 - 2024).

Speaking at the Festival, Colonel Pham Van Tao acknowledged and praised the outstanding achievements of cadres, party members and people of Son Tien village in the past time. Especially the solidarity, mutual love, mutual assistance in economic development, income improvement, contributing to stabilizing life, maintaining political security, demonstrating the strength of the great national solidarity bloc, the sense of responsibility of the Party Committee, government, the Front, organizations and people.

Colonel Pham Van Tao awarded the Certificate of Merit of the Provincial People's Committee Chairman to Son Tien village.

To continue promoting the tradition of solidarity and contributing to building an increasingly prosperous homeland, he requested the Party Committee, government, Fatherland Front and mass organizations of Dong Viet commune and Son Tien village to focus on implementing the remaining tasks of 2025, especially the goals of economic development and targets for new rural construction; at the same time, take measures to organize the successful implementation of the 2025 plan.

Strengthen the role of the Front and mass organizations in social supervision and criticism, promote grassroots democracy, build a clean and strong grassroots political system, consolidate people's trust in the Party and government; promote the exemplary role of Party members, union members, and association members in all emulation movements in residential areas.

Focus on promoting strengths to develop the economy; encourage and motivate all classes of people, each household and each person to work hard in production, business, and strive to become rich legitimately. Pay attention to ensuring security and order, creating a stable and solid environment so that people can feel secure in production and participate in socio-economic development; strive to build Son Tien village into a model residential area.

On behalf of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Fatherland Front Committee, Colonel Pham Van Tao presented a TV worth 20 million VND and a Certificate of Merit from the Provincial People's Committee Chairman to the cadres and people of Son Tien village for their many achievements in the patriotic emulation movement.

On this occasion, the delegation gave gifts to 6 poor households (each gift included 1 warm blanket and 1 million VND).
