Beautiful action of Major of Cao Phong Commune Police

On November 12, Cao Phong Commune Police received a letter of thanks from citizen Doan Van Nhat, born in 1963, residing in Tan Hung Ward, Hai Phong City, for the act of picking up lost property and returning it to its owner by Major Bui Van Diep - Officer of the Crime Prevention Police Team, Cao Phong Commune Police.

Previously, on the afternoon of November 11, Mr. Doan Van Nhat and his wife passed through Cao Phong commune, arriving at area 5, Cao Phong commune, Mr. Nhat dropped a black handbag containing identification papers, personal belongings and 9.6 million VND in cash.

Major Bui Van Diep, while on a reconnaissance mission in the area, picked up a black handbag as described by Mr. Nhat. Immediately after picking up the handbag, Comrade Diep and officers of the Crime Prevention Police Team proceeded to verify, find and contact the owner of the bag.

After only 1 hour, Cao Phong Commune Police found the owner of the handbag and contacted Mr. Doan Van Nhat to come to the Commune Police headquarters to receive the lost property.

Mr. Doan Van Nhat received his lost property and sent a letter of thanks to Cao Phong Commune Police.

At the Commune Police Station, Mr. Nhat expressed his sincere gratitude to Comrade Diep and the officers and soldiers of Cao Phong Commune Police for their wholehearted support and helping him find his lost handbag and many important personal documents.
