The Power of Consensus
The strength of great solidarity in Phu Tho is present in very ordinary things. Like the story of Mr. Tran Van Da, 50 years old, in zone 2, Van Phu ward.
Phu Dong Street through the cultural house of Zone 2 to Au Co Street, which was only about 4 meters wide and more than 1 kilometer long, has long been degraded, making it difficult for people to travel. When the locality decided to invest more than 12 billion VND to widen the road to 7 meters, Mr. Da's family was one of the first households to proactively dismantle the fence and voluntarily move back nearly a meter of land. If calculated according to the current land price of about 20 million VND per square meter, the land he reserved for the project is worth several hundred million VND. But for him, it is only a small contribution to "widen the road, making it easier for people to travel". From that pioneering action, more than a hundred households in Zone 1 and Zone 2 responded by moving the gate, demolishing solid structures, and narrowing a part of the residential land to make the road more spacious and airy. Some households moved back dozens of square meters of land but were still happy, because everyone understood that if the infrastructure improved, their lives would change accordingly. It is expected that the route will be completed before December 31, 2025. When the new asphalt road is smooth and smooth, and vehicles can move smoothly, people will feel more clearly: When the community is united, the most difficult things can be done.

Representatives of the Party Committee, government and Fatherland Front of Lien Son commune presented support for building solidarity houses for poor households in the area.
Great solidarity - that spirit not only highlights the beauty of the community, but also serves as a foundation for patriotic emulation movements in the province to spread widely. The results achieved in recent years are convincing evidence: 6,300 great solidarity houses were built for poor and near-poor households; 960,000 m2 of land were voluntarily donated by people to open roads and build infrastructure; 203 billion VND contributed to the "For the Poor" Fund and 10,800 temporary, dilapidated houses were eliminated. Each number contains behind it stories of sharing and solidarity - small actions that accumulate into great strength, contributing to changing the face of rural and urban areas and creating development momentum for the province.
Fatherland Front - from mobilization to creating influence
The impressive results achieved above are largely due to the efforts of the Fatherland Front system at all levels in connecting, mobilizing and orienting the movement. From the province to the grassroots, the Front plays the role of a bridge between policies and actions, between the government's wishes and the people's response.
The provincial Fatherland Front has proactively advised and closely coordinated with organizations to spread patriotic emulation movements in the most practical way. Not stopping at launching or launching ceremonies, Front cadres went down to residential areas, to each family, grasped aspirations, resolved difficulties and propagated with specific, close examples. Thanks to that, the movement was not "administrativeized" but became a common work of each community.
In many localities, the models led by the Front have brought about clear results: Self-managed residential areas on environmental sanitation; bright - green - clean - beautiful roads; groups mobilizing to build great solidarity houses; "Day for the poor" model; self-managed security and order teams... Comrade Nguyen Thi Han - Chairwoman of the Fatherland Front Committee of Lien Son commune, said: "The most important thing is transparency. When each mobilization item is made public, each model is clearly explained, people see that their contributions bring practical benefits, they are willing to join hands."
The strength of great solidarity, which is the tradition of the Fatherland, is being aroused today through concrete and practical actions. That strength is creating a sustainable foundation for Phu Tho to continue to develop, so that each citizen clearly sees their responsibility in the journey to build a more civilized and modern homeland. Promoting that spirit, the patriotic emulation movement is not only the task of the political system, but also the way for each residential area, each family, each citizen to contribute to creating a new face for the province - a united, affectionate, and constantly changing Phu Tho.
