The route will be named Ton Duc Thang Street - the starting point borders Mau Than Street; the ending point borders Pho Co Dieu Street (Bo Kenh Street) in Phuoc Hau Ward.

Specifically, in Long Chau ward, there are the following routes: Nguyen Viet Chau street - starting point of alley 41, Pham Hung street; ending point adjacent to Nguyen Van Lau street.

Tran Van Bay Street - starting point adjacent to Pham Hung Street; ending point adjacent to Vo Van Kiet Street (road connecting from Pham Hung Street to Vo Van Kiet Street in front of the gate of the Provincial Convention Center).

Tran Thanh Liem Street - starting point adjacent to the road connecting Pham Hung Street to Vo Van Kiet Street; ending point adjacent to the branch to Phan Van Dang Street (D5 Street behind the Memorial House of Long Chau Ward).

Nguyen Dang Street - starting point adjacent to Vo Van Kiet Street; ending point adjacent to Phan Van Dang Street (D8 Street, Provincial Administrative Area).

In Phuoc Hau ward, there are the following routes: Ton Duc Thang street - the starting point borders Mau Than street; the end point borders Pho Co Dieu street (Kennel bank street).

Ta Uyen Street - starting point adjacent to Vo Van Kiet Street; ending point adjacent to the road to Phuoc Tho residential area (Mau Than 2 Street).

Tran Van Dang Street - starting point adjacent to Nam Ky Bridge; ending point adjacent to Pho Co Dieu Street (To 62 - To 68 Street).

Tran Vinh Mieng Street - starting point adjacent to Nam Ky Bridge; ending point adjacent to Pho Co Dieu Street (street next to the Funeral Home).
