Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee Vu Minh Hieu attended the National Great Unity Day in Truong Son commune.

BAC NINH - On the occasion of the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam National United Front on November 18 (1930 - 2025), on the morning of November 13, comrade Vu Minh Hieu, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Organization Committee attended the National Great Unity Day in Nhan Ly village (Truong Son commune).

Also attending were comrade Dinh Duc Canh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chief Inspector of the province; representatives of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission; Standing members of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Fatherland Front Committee of Truong Son commune and a large number of cadres and people of Nhan Ly village.

Comrade Vu Minh Hieu and delegates presented flowers to congratulate Nhan Ly village.

Nhan Ly village is located in the northeast of Truong Son commune with 177 households and 716 people. People mainly work in agriculture, forestry and small business, and have a stable life. The average income per capita in 2025 is estimated at 45 million VND/person/year. The village party cell has 17 party members; security and order are maintained; People are united and agree to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas. The village currently has 5 poor households and 8 near-poor households.

The solidified traffic system facilitates travel and trade. Cultural and sports movements are maintained; social security work is given attention, leaving no one behind. Through evaluation, in 2025, Nhan Ly village has 93.2% of households achieving the title of "Cultural Family", of which 130 households have maintained the title for 3 consecutive years.

At the Festival, delegates reviewed the glorious tradition of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; listened to reports on the results of new rural construction, socio -economic development and cultural life movements in residential areas.

Provincial leaders presented gifts from the Provincial Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Fatherland Front Committee to Nhan Ly village.

On behalf of the provincial leaders, comrade Vu Minh Hieu presented flower baskets from the Provincial Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Fatherland Front Committee; awarded Certificates of Merit from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to the cadres and people of Nhan Ly village for their outstanding achievements in the movement "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas". At the same time, he presented the village with a gift worth 20 million VND (1 TV) and a painting; and presented 5 gifts to poor households in the village, each gift including 1 warm blanket and 1 million VND in cash.

Speaking at the Festival, comrade Vu Minh Hieu congratulated and praised the achievements of Nhan Ly village in the past year, especially the spirit of solidarity and consensus of the people in economic development and building cultural life. He emphasized that 2025 is the year that the whole province and the whole country will implement the arrangement of administrative units, creating a foundation to streamline the apparatus, improve the effectiveness and efficiency of State management and open up new development space. After the merger, Bac Ninh has achieved many important steps forward in the following areas: Stable economic growth; the political system has been improved; infrastructure, especially social infrastructure and digital infrastructure, has been invested synchronously; people's lives have been increasingly improved; movements to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas continue to spread strongly.

He requested the Party Committee and the authorities of Truong Son commune and Nhan Ly village to continue to promote the strength of great solidarity, step up propaganda, mobilize cadres, party members and people to well implement the Party's guidelines, the State's laws and regulations of the village and commune; strengthen the building of a clean and strong Party, improve the leadership capacity of grassroots Party organizations, and build a strong political system. The Front Work Committee and mass organizations regularly innovate the content and methods of operation, closely follow the political tasks of the locality, mobilize people's participation in building civilized residential areas, maintain security and order, care for the material and spiritual life of the people; gradually improve the quality of new rural criteria in the post-rearrangement period.
