Establish working groups to implement the conversion of tax management models for business households.

BAC NINH - Implementing the direction of the Tax Department (Ministry of Finance) and the Provincial People's Committee on coordination in tax management, conversion of tax management models and methods for business households when eliminating lump-sum tax, the Tax Department of Bac Ninh province has established a Steering Committee and working groups from the provincial level to the grassroots tax levels to synchronously and effectively implement the new tax management model and method.

Accordingly, the Steering Committee and working groups focused on organizing the review, classification, and full update of information of 100% of business households; at the same time, directly propagandizing, guiding, and supporting taxpayers in converting from the form of contract to declaration. The goal is that by January 1, 2026, all eligible business households in the province will implement the tax declaration method according to the new regulations.

Bac Ninh Provincial Tax Officers and Branch 1 Tax Officers guide business households in Bac Giang Ward to exploit and use the new tax management software.

Bac Ninh Tax also requires grassroots units to coordinate with the People's Committees of communes and wards to establish field survey teams, update data, verify business household information via QR codes, and provide instructions on installing and using the eTax Mobile application, helping people to conveniently declare and pay electronic taxes. In particular, strive for 100% of business households that are required to use electronic invoices from cash registers according to Decree No. 70/2025/ND-CP of the Government to complete registration and application during this peak period.

During the "60 peak days of converting the model from lump-sum tax to declaration for business households" launched by the Tax Department (from November to the end of December 2025), the Bac Ninh Tax sector will coordinate with departments, branches, local authorities, the Fatherland Front and organizations to promote propaganda, training, and promptly answer questions arising from business households, ensuring the conversion process takes place synchronously and on schedule.

The establishment of working groups from the province to the grassroots level demonstrates the determination of the Bac Ninh Tax sector in modernizing tax management, enhancing transparency and fairness, promoting business households to proactively fulfill their tax obligations, contributing to nurturing revenue sources and creating a foundation for electronic tax management in the new period.
