"Hello Ca Mau" Festival in Ho Chi Minh City

The "Hello Ca Mau" festival, jointly organized by the People's Committee of Ca Mau province and the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, will take place from November 18 to 22, 2025.

At the press conference on the socio -economic situation in Ho Chi Minh City on the afternoon of November 13th, the delegation from the People's Committee of Ca Mau province attended and provided information about upcoming exciting activities taking place in Ho Chi Minh City and Ca Mau province.

The main activities of the event include: a conference connecting investment cooperation for businesses in Ho Chi Minh City with Ca Mau province; and the Ca Mau Crab Festival 2025 at the Youth Cultural Center.

The festival will feature 100 booths across four main areas: an exhibition area showcasing unique models, images, and symbols of Ca Mau; an area for displaying and introducing regional specialties and facilitating trade; an area for processing and introducing distinctive Ca Mau cuisine ; and a stage for cultural and artistic exchange.

In addition to activities in Ho Chi Minh City, the 2nd Ca Mau Crab Festival in 2025, themed "Ca Mau Crab: Forest Flavor - Sea Taste," will be held in Ca Mau province, focusing on several central communes and wards such as An Xuyen ward, Tan Thanh ward, Ly Van Lam ward, Bac Lieu ward, and Hiep Thanh ward.

Speaking further at the press conference, Mr. Le Van Su, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Ca Mau province, said that the province received significant support from Ho Chi Minh City to organize the "Hello Ca Mau" program. He hoped the program would contribute to attracting investment and developing Ca Mau after the merger.

Mr. Le Van Su also stated that Ca Mau is developing key product brands, including Ca Mau crab. This time, the program is organized on a large scale to promote these products and features up to 500 booths (including OCOP products, seafood, and other commercial products).
