First of all, the locality focuses on developing industry - construction , planning new industrial clusters, and rationally exploiting mineral potential in association with environmental protection. At the same time, it attracts more businesses to invest in processing agricultural and forestry products, light industry, and creates more jobs for local workers. Along with that, the commune strengthens vocational training, transfers science and technology, and encourages businesses to open vocational training classes right in the locality. Mobilizes and socializes more resources to support tuition fees and learning tools for poor youth, disadvantaged women, and people in difficult circumstances.
Another key task is that the commune focuses on building a local labor and employment database, connecting information with the Provincial Employment Service Center and online labor exchanges in Bac Ninh and neighboring provinces to help workers easily look up, register and choose suitable jobs.
Communication work on employment in Son Dong does not stop at conveying policies and guidelines but has become a driving force to urge people to change their mindset of self-reliance to escape poverty, from passive to proactive in learning a trade, finding a job, starting a business, aiming at the goal of escaping poverty and becoming rich legitimately.
