In order to effectively implement this policy, the People's Committee of Ben Thanh Ward, Tax Department 1 of Ho Chi Minh City coordinated with LPBank and Misa Joint Stock Company to organize a conference on transforming the model and method of tax management and cash flow of business households when eliminating lump-sum tax.
According to statistics, currently in Ho Chi Minh City, only over 20% of business households have converted to pay taxes according to the new regulations. For Ben Thanh ward, although the ward has implemented many support solutions, most of the small traders and business households in the area still face difficulties focusing on issues such as: accessing technology, tax declaration procedures, and fulfilling tax obligations.
