Contribute comments to the draft 5-year socio-economic development plan of Cau Giay ward

HNP - On November 12, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Cau Giay Ward organized a social feedback conference to contribute opinions to the draft 5-year socio-economic development plan of the ward for the period 2026 - 2031.

The conference recorded 11 comments and feedback on the 5-year socio -economic development plan for the 2026 - 2031 period of the ward.

Most opinions highly agreed on the assessment of the situation and results of socio-economic development in the area before the merger and the results achieved in 2025, as well as the forecast of the situation, general goals, targets, and main task orientations stated in the Plan.

Delegates and experts highly appreciated Cau Giay ward's maintenance of a stable apparatus after the merger, the implementation of a two-level government, the promotion of the role of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in social supervision and criticism, and at the same time proposed a number of issues related to people's lives.

Specifically, in the field of education and training, it is necessary to supplement measures to ensure safety for students, strengthen life skills education; and adjust the targets on the number of public schools and schools that meet national standards accordingly.

Delegates attending the Conference

Regarding economics - trade - services, social security, and health , delegates emphasized the role of the private economy, small and medium enterprises, support for startups, development of knowledge services and modern trade. Regarding urban - environmental management, opinions suggested strengthening the handling of violations of construction order, controlling means of transport, increasing green areas, and maintaining civilized - clean - beautiful urban areas.

In addition, the People's Committee and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward need to continue to closely monitor the grassroots, grasp the thoughts and aspirations and listen to public opinions of the people, thereby advising the Party Committee and coordinating with the government to promptly resolve the difficulties and concerns of the people. At the same time, it is necessary to mobilize and propagate cadres and party members to well implement the Party's guidelines, policies and the State's laws, contributing to building Cau Giay ward into a model ward in urban management, civilization - modernity and sustainable development.
