In the exciting atmosphere of the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (November 18, 1930 - November 18, 2025), delegates and people together reviewed the glorious historical tradition through each stage of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.

In the past time, cadres, party members and people of all walks of life have absolutely trusted the leadership of the Party and the State, strived to compete in labor production, increased income, stabilized life, maintained political security, social order and safety, and well implemented the Party's policies, the State's laws, and the Conventions and Village Covenants set forth in residential areas.

Accordingly, the great national unity bloc is firmly consolidated, creating a strong driving force in building new rural areas and civilized urban areas; the appearance of villages is increasingly improved, infrastructure is upgraded, and the material and spiritual life of the people is constantly improved.

This year's festival also takes place in a special context when the whole country is striving to complete the socio -economic development tasks in 2025 and the entire 2021-2025 term, making achievements to welcome the 14th National Party Congress; the whole country operates a 2-level local government model, shifting the state from administrative management to development creation, serving the people, while reducing intermediaries, procedures, costs, creating convenience for people and businesses; many places across the country have experienced natural disasters, historic storms and floods and are continuing to quickly overcome the consequences, stabilizing people's lives.

On behalf of the Party and State leaders, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh acknowledged, highly appreciated and commended the achievements that the Party Committee, government and people of Gia Lai province in general and Thang Kien village, De Gi commune in particular have achieved in the work of preventing, combating and overcoming the consequences of natural disasters and socio-economic development, making positive contributions to the overall achievements of the whole country.

Regarding key tasks and solutions, the Prime Minister stated that it is necessary to focus on overcoming the consequences of natural disasters, especially urgently completing the repair of damaged houses in November and rebuilding collapsed houses for people before the 15th of the 12th lunar month; restoring essential infrastructure, especially transportation, electricity, water, telecommunications, healthcare, education... and restoring production and business, creating jobs and livelihoods for people; overcoming limitations and shortcomings; operating the two-level local government smoothly, effectively, comprehensively, and for the people.

Along with that, continue to consolidate and promote the great solidarity bloc, national sentiment, and compatriotism. Mobilize and effectively use social resources; promote human and natural resources; continue to mobilize people to raise vigilance against the plots and tricks of hostile forces; ensure security, safety, and public safety, build a drug-free commune, a crime-free commune, a commune without poor people, without hungry people, and leave no one behind.

To support people affected by natural disasters to overcome difficulties, the Vietnam National Energy Industry Group donated 10 billion VND, the Military Industry - Telecommunications Group donated 10 billion VND, VPBank donated 15 billion VND, and the 12th Military Region - Truong Son Construction Corporation donated 5 billion VND to join hands to support and help people overcome damage caused by natural disasters.
