The Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department attended the National Great Unity Day in Dong Tu 2 village.

Comrade Nguyen Van Chien, Standing Committee member, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, awarded the Provincial People's Committee's Certificate of Merit to the cadres and people of Dong Tu 2 village.

Dong Tu 2 village currently has 307 households with 1,020 people. In recent years, thanks to good propaganda and mobilization work, the people in the village have promoted the strength of the great national unity bloc, actively responded to and effectively implemented patriotic emulation movements. In 2025, the average income per capita in the village is estimated to reach 78 million VND; the poverty rate has decreased to 0.13%; 100% of households have audio-visual equipment and use clean water; 100% of main roads and alleys are concreted. The whole village has 96.09% of families achieving the title of "Cultural Family", in which many families have been recognized continuously for 3-5 years. Cultural, artistic and sports movements are maintained and developed. Weddings and funerals are carried out in a civilized way of life. With outstanding results, in 2025, Dong Tu 2 village was honored to be recognized as a "Cultural residential area".

Speaking with the cadres and people of Dong Tu 2 village, Comrade Nguyen Van Chien, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, praised the achievements that the village has made in the past time. He requested the Party Committee, government and people of all walks of life in the village to continue promoting the tradition of solidarity, well implementing the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws; promoting socio- economic development, applying scientific and technological advances in production to increase economic value; focusing on building a new, advanced, exemplary rural area; striving to have no more poor households; ensuring security and order, pushing back social evils; building a united, prosperous and happy village relationship; promoting the spirit of democracy, contributing to building a clean and strong Party and government.

On this occasion, the Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission and delegates awarded Certificates of Merit from the Provincial People's Committee to the officials and people of Dong Tu 2 village; presented gifts to poor, near-poor, policy households and households in difficult circumstances; commended and rewarded exemplary cultural families in 2025; and cut the ribbon to inaugurate the cultural house of Dong Tu 2 village.
