Phuc Tien village currently has 117 households with 500 people, including 5 ethnic groups living together. Over the years, the people in the residential area have always promoted the spirit of solidarity, well implemented the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, and competed together in labor production.

In 2025, through evaluation, the village had 115/117 households achieving the title of cultural family; the village residential area was recognized as a cultural residential area. Currently, the village still has 4 poor households; the average income per capita reached 65 million VND/person/year.
