On November 20: salary increase for teachers!

QNgTV- According to the decision of the government and the Ministry of Education, starting from January 1, 2026, the salary of preschool, primary, secondary and high school teachers will all increase.

For preschool teachers, the salary will increase by 125% for all preschool teachers compared to the current salary (calculated based on the basic salary of 2.34 million VND). For teachers from primary to high school, the increase will be 11.4%. This is a great effort of the government, because Vietnamese education cannot catch up with world education if the salary of Vietnamese teachers is still too low.

In education, the position of teachers is central, educating students is the goal, so increasing teachers' salaries is extremely necessary. If high school students are exempted from tuition fees, teachers' salaries must be increased accordingly.
