Route DH8 is a main traffic axis of more than 30km long passing through villages in the Tra Bui area (old) that suffered serious landslides, with about 40 large and small points after the flood from late October to early November, causing traffic to be completely cut off.
In recent days, when the weather cleared up, the People's Committee of Tra Doc commune mobilized forces and mechanical vehicles to fix the problem, initially ensuring temporary traffic.

However, on the morning of November 13, while clearing a large landslide, the construction team discovered a long crack on the hillside, near the intersection of the road to Xa Ro peak (in village 8), many sections were more than half a meter wide, with turbid water and mud flowing out, posing a potential risk of sudden landslides.
Tra Doc Commune People's Committee quickly inspected the scene, warned of danger and advised people to limit traffic through this area, especially during heavy rain or at night.
It is expected that Route DH8 will be opened in the next 5-7 days to make it convenient for people to travel, exchange goods and soon stabilize their lives.
