
Through inspection, the authorities recorded that near Mr. Poloong Huong's house, there was a crack about 13m long and 40cm deep; near Mrs. Kring Thi Vac's house, there was a crack about 30m long and 2m deep.
The cracks are located close to residential areas, posing a high risk of landslides, causing insecurity for people.

Faced with the above situation, the Dac Pring commune government mobilized forces to coordinate with officers and soldiers of Dac Pring Border Guard Station to urgently evacuate 5 households/20 people to a safe temporary shelter.
Of which, households of Poloong Huong and Kring Thi Vac were directly affected and 3 neighboring households including Un Tham, Dinh Ti and Un Thi Thiem were threatened by landslides.

On the morning of November 7, authorities stretched ropes and put up warning signs at dangerous locations; at the same time, they propagated and encouraged people not to go near this area.
Representatives of the Dac Pring commune government and Dac Pring Border Guard Station promptly visited and gave gifts to encourage affected households, helping people stabilize their spirits and overcome initial difficulties.

Mr. Ho Viet Can, Chairman of the People's Committee of Dac Pring commune, said that the locality is urgently evacuating and preparing food for evacuated households, some houses at the foot of the mountain have deep cracks.
After the rainy season, the commune government will organize to level landslides and rocks and propose to the city a policy to stabilize new long-term housing, ensuring safety for people against natural disasters and floods.
