Quang Duc Commune: Commending households who donated land to expand roads

On November 7, in Hai Son village, Quang Duc commune, a ceremony was held to commend and reward pioneering and exemplary households who donated land and assets on land to expand traffic routes and community playgrounds. This is the first commendation since the locality implemented infrastructure improvement and upgrading projects according to the province's plan.

The project to renovate and expand the Hai Son village main road is 0.7km long, with over 50 households affected, of which 13 households voluntarily donated land to create a construction site. The representative of the commune leader affirmed: The consensus of the people not only helps speed up the progress, but also plays an important role in completing the rural traffic infrastructure, improving the quality of life, contributing to the implementation of urban criteria according to the general policy of Quang Ninh province.

Implementing Plan 272/KH-UBND dated October 21, 2025 of the Provincial People's Committee on improving urban quality, aiming to turn Quang Ninh into a centrally-run city before 2030, Quang Duc commune has built 6 key infrastructure projects: upgrading and renovating the central sidewalk of the commune; renovating and expanding the main road of Hai Son village; upgrading the road from the afternoon market intersection of Quang Thanh commune (old) to Quang Thang intersection (old); renovating the road from the headquarters of the People's Committee of Quang Duc commune (old) to Tai Pho village; renovating the sidewalk of the central area of ​​the commune and investing in a lighting system for the road from Quang Thinh 2 village to Quang Chinh 10 village (Quang Ha commune)...
