The Provincial People's Council's Culture and Social Committee reviews the submission and draft resolution.

On the morning of November 7, the Culture - Social Affairs Committee of the Provincial People's Council held a meeting to review the submissions and draft resolutions to be submitted to the 33rd Session (special session) of the 14th Provincial People's Council, term 2021-2026. Attending were comrades: Nguyen Duc Thanh, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Thi Hanh, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

At the meeting, members of the Provincial People's Council's Culture and Social Affairs Committee reviewed the submissions and draft resolutions in the cultural and social fields: Regulations on tuition fees for preschools, general education institutions, educational institutions implementing public general education programs and tuition support levels for preschool children, general education students, and students of general education programs at private educational institutions in the province; regulations on giving gifts to social policy beneficiaries and other beneficiaries on the occasion of the Lunar New Year every year in the province.

Comrade Nguyen Thi Hanh, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, spoke at the meeting.

Delegates basically agreed with the submissions and draft resolutions, and clarified some related contents, such as: Reviewing zoning, basis for consulting on tuition fees in the draft, support levels, specific data on target groups, assessing the necessity, and considering adding some targets.

Agreeing on the meeting's content, the Provincial People's Council's Culture and Social Affairs Committee requested relevant units to fully absorb the opinions at the meeting, and at the same time, supplement and complete the submission and draft resolution to submit to the Provincial People's Council for consideration at the 33rd Session to ensure that policies are implemented synchronously, effectively, and put into practice.
