The 4 projects have a total area of ​​506 hectares, are all industrial parks and are key projects and works of the city until 2030.

In preparation for the 30th session (special session) of the 16th City People's Council, on the morning of October 16th, the Legal Affairs Committee of the City People's Council worked with the Department of Agriculture and Environment to review reports, submissions, and draft resolutions on the approval of the list of projects to be implemented before the investigation, survey, measurement, counting, and verification of land origin and assets attached to land according to Resolution No. 226/2025/QH15 dated June 27, 2025 of the National Assembly (phase 1) for 4 projects expected to be piloted under a special mechanism in the city.

The four projects, with a total area of ​​506 hectares, include: Cau Cuu Industrial Park (An Quang commune), Tien Lang Airport Industrial Park (Chan Hung commune), Trung Lap Industrial Park (Vinh Thinh commune), and Hung Dao Industrial Park (Tan Ky commune). These are all key projects of the city until 2030. Of these, three projects are currently undergoing investment policy appraisal, and one project is in the process of obtaining investment policy approval.

In their remarks, Comrade Pham Quoc Ka, Head of the Legal Affairs Committee of the City People's Council, and representatives from relevant departments and units highly appreciated the significance and necessity of approving the list of projects to be implemented before the investigation, survey, measurement, counting, and verification of land origin and assets attached to the land according to Resolution No. 226/2025/QH15 dated June 27, 2025, of the National Assembly (Phase 1). This creates many advantages in the implementation of subsequent projects, especially in compensation and land clearance.

The delegates also raised several points that need to be added and requested the agriculture and environment sector to continue refining them before submitting them to the City People's Council for consideration and decision.
