Thang Dien Commune has 2 houses with roofs blown off due to the impact of storm No. 13.
On the evening of November 6, the impact of storm No. 13 and whirlwind caused the two houses of Mr. Phan Tan My and Mr. Doan Van Trong, both residing in Tu Ngoc B village (Thang Dien commune), to be blown away by the wind, causing about 30% of the tiled roofs to be torn off. Mr. Phan Tan My's house also suffered damage to the metal roof of the mushroom farm.

When the storm passed, the two families re-roofed the damaged roofs themselves for fear of further heavy rain.
