According to the force at the scene, this crack had existed before. However, due to the impact of the recent heavy rains, it has widened and extended to about 300m, with an average width of nearly 50cm in some places. The crack runs along the hillside and the foundation of people's houses, directly threatening the safety of 25 households living in this area.
Local forces urgently evacuated 25 households with more than 110 people to safety. At the same time, they surveyed and recorded the damage to infrastructure works, especially the transportation system and housing affected by prolonged rain and floods.

The People's Committee of Tra Doc commune has also directed the Commune Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention and Search and Rescue to increase 24/7 duty, fully prepare means, supplies, necessities, and be ready to evacuate people in case of emergency.
