According to on-site observations, this crack existed previously. However, due to the prolonged heavy rains in recent times, it has widened and extended for approximately 300 meters, with an average width of nearly 50 centimeters in some places. The crack runs along the hillside and the foundations of residents' houses, directly threatening the safety of 25 households living in the area.
Local forces are urgently relocating 25 households with over 110 people to safety. At the same time, they are surveying and documenting the damage to infrastructure, especially transportation systems and houses affected by the prolonged heavy rains and flooding.

The People's Committee of Tra Doc commune has also directed the Commune's Disaster Prevention and Search and Rescue Command Board to strengthen 24/7 duty shifts, prepare sufficient means, materials, and necessities, and be ready to evacuate people in case of emergency.
* On the same day, the Farmers' Association and the Self-Defense Militia of Nam Giang commune ( Da Nang City) assisted local residents in harvesting rice and crops to prepare for Typhoon No. 13 and heavy rains in the area.

Accordingly, in Cong Don village, 20 farmer association members walked for nearly an hour to help Mrs. Hoih Noi, an elderly woman living alone, harvest her rice. After nearly 5 hours, the entire area of almost 1 hectare of her family's rice was harvested, threshed, and transported safely by the association members.
Mr. Pơ Loong Phin, Chairman of the Farmers' Association of Nam Giang commune, said that the unit had mobilized all its officials and members to help households harvest rice. In addition, they directed the branches in all 7 villages to join forces to support disadvantaged households in urgently harvesting their rice to ensure a local food supply.

Around the same time, the Nam Giang Commune Military Command also mobilized militia forces to the villages to assist people in harvesting. On November 6th, they helped harvest and transport nearly 1 hectare of rice.
