Notably, the Plan outlines the implementation of the "Digitizing Memories" Program, mobilizing volunteers to directly record and digitize documents such as battlefield diaries, images, hand-drawn maps, mementos, and accounts from historical witnesses. These data sources will be stored, compared, and used to verify information.

Furthermore, the application of big data, artificial intelligence, and digital information platforms is expected to contribute to improving the efficiency of data connectivity and processing, creating additional sources of information to support the search, collection, and identification of the remains of fallen soldiers.

Through the application of digital technology, historical memories and documents are not only preserved for the long term but also become valuable data sources, contributing to the journey of honoring fallen heroes and martyrs.
